The weather is completely different from the drought of 2019/2020.Not much sun but the vegetable plots are still thriving.More salad bowl lettuce than last year too.
Just a little way up the coast there has been flooding and houses are being swamped. 😦 I hope it settles soon. I like the rain and not having to use water even days is awful but this is way too much.
That bowl of lettuce makes me long for some. I have been putting the bright green lettuce from my tiny garden in hubby’s salad, but he has to stop eating them for a while, his vitamin K is too high. Gettin’ old ain’t no fun!

Looking sooo good, Chrissy. I now have 5 lettuce poking their heads through the soil. 😀 We’ll see what happens 😀

It difficult to get the balance right. With high vit K his blood be very thin.
