Greens galore. Does anyone have a recipe that will use LOTS of spinach? We keep picking and it keeps growing. The lettuce, cucumber, salad capsicums and snap peas are growing well too. It’s a garden of greenness and abundance.

Oh wow! Such abundant growth. I am sure your neighbours are very grateful when they receive such lovely fresh stuff that you grow. Regarding recipes- some chicken curry recipes that use ground spinach as a base can use up quite a bit of it.

Neighbours a not as big eaters of spinach as us but they get plenty. We usually have plenty to share. It’s the huge harvests we often get that we just don’t know what to do with. Freezer is stuffed too. Curries! Yes. Sounds good. Thanks.
